BI.Energie Kongress | Controlling in der Energiewirtschaft
Am 19. September 2012 findet der BI.Energie Kongress in Leipzig statt. Er bietet die Möglichkeit für exklusiven Erfahrungsaustausch speziell in den Bereichen Risikomanagement und –controlling, Vertriebs- bzw. Beschaffungscontrolling und deren Zusammenspiel sowie Marktpreisbewertung und Prognosecontrolling. Angesprochen sind Führungskräfte aus Unternehmen der Energiewirtschaft, die diese Bereiche bzw. die Unternehmensplanung und -steuerung verantworten.
Spannende Einblicke | Erfahrungen tauschen
Referenten von Stadtwerken und Energieversorgern unterschiedlicher Größe aus ganz Deutschland und aus Österreich gewähren exklusive Einblicke in ihre Projekte. Sie berichten von den Herausforderungen, den Meilensteinen, aber auch den Problemen und wie man damit umging. Die Referenten sprechen als Anwender für Anwender, sie stehen den Teilnehmern für Fragen zur Verfügung und diskutieren mit ihnen, die Themen, die sie besonders interessieren.
Entspannte Ausblicke | Wegbegleiter treffen
Am Vorabend des Kongresses können sich die Teilnehmer bereits kennenlernen. Sie sind eingeladen, sich mit ihren Wegbegleitern des nächsten Tages auf dem Gelände eines ehemaligen Gasometers mit den Stadtwerken Leipzig auf eine Zeitreise zur Standortgeschichte zu begeben. Danach geht es im Gasometer nach Amazonien als 360o Rundum-Panorama inkl. passendem kulinarischem Genuss.
Der Kongress selbst findet am nächsten Tag im Steigenberger Grandhotel, dem ehemaligen städtischen Handelshof, statt. Prunkvoll Historisches trifft hier auf modernste Kongresslogistik und bietet den passenden Rahmen für die Veranstaltung.
Neuer Durchblick | Perfektes Timing
Durch die praxistauglichen Inputs erhalten die Teilnehmenden sowohl neue Impulse zur Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse, fokussiert auf mögliche Knackpunkte und Meilensteine, aber auch Anregungen zur Initiierung und Implementierung neuer Projekte.
Sollte später der Durchblick bei der Umsetzung dann doch einmal fehlen, ist sicher die Adresse des einen oder anderen Wegbegleiters zur Hand.
